Pai Gow Poker is a game of skill, and a card version of one of the most popular games in the Far East, traditionally played with dominos. In addition to the standard 52-card deck a joker is added to the pack. Both you and the dealer receive seven cards and the object of the game is to split your hand up into two hands one of 5-cards and the other of 2-cards, the only condition being that the 5-card hand must have a higher poker ranking than the 2-card hand. If the dealer cannot beat either of your hands you win, if both you and the dealer win a hand, your bet is returned, and the dealer winning both hands results in a loss.
